The people in Olympia have completed their transformation from Government as a concept of public service into a vicious, predatory organization that is narcissistic to the point where they are unable to see what they have become and, if told, incapable of understanding or accepting how thoroughly they are despised by those they think they are serving.
The 5,000 gallons is two septic truck tankfuls of water. To reduce it to 350 gallons is to give an additional 50 gallons over the average amount of home water use in the US. Toilet use is a an average of 72 to 96 gallons a day. There is no way that people could have gardens or enough water for livestock if this passes. Forget about whether you are on even or odd days for watering lawns or washing cars. People with wells bought their homes to be independent, knowing that they have to conserve water and maintain their well was part of their decision. A takeover by government and tribal leaders will reduce the value of their homes. This is an extreme taking!
