The Washington SOS Race is a complete toss up, and it all depends upon the issue of Ranked Choice Voting (RCV). Write-in Republican Brad Klippert and Democrat Steve Hobbs oppose this complicated system; non-partisan Julie Anderson strongly supports it. According to polling, the majority of voters also opposes RCV. This race will decide the future of elections in Washington state!
